Download or playback

Check connectivity and available storage, and include the error message. Do not delete the app or reset learning records as a first troubleshooting step. Prepare downloaded content online before using it offline.

Purchase or restore

Reload the product if it is unavailable. For an existing purchase, try Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple account. Never send payment passwords or card details. TestFlight feedback is also available.
